Flavor and Tradition
The Organic Products of Agriturismo La Rocca Assisi
Nestled on a gentle hill at an altitude of 350 meters, Agriturismo La Rocca Assisi is surrounded by an enchanting landscape where nature and ancient farming traditions reign supreme. Along the slopes of our estate stretch lush olive groves and vineyards strictly cultivated using 100% organic methods.
Excellence in a Glass
Our organic wines
Caressed by the Umbrian breeze, the vineyards of Agriturismo La Rocca Assisi give life to genuine organic wines of great character, perfect for your moments of conviviality:
- Merlot IGT Umbria Red Wine: A structured red with a deep ruby color. It perfectly enhances cured meats and red meats.
- Grechetto White Wine: Fresh, fragrant, and pleasantly mineral. The ideal pairing for appetizers, local cheeses, and white meats.
The Green Gold of Umbria
Our DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the precious fruit of our hills. To guarantee a minimum acidity and preserve the aromas and polyphenols intact, our organic olives are hand-picked and immediately taken to the mill.
The result is a "green gold" with a fruity and harmonious flavor, unsurpassed when used raw on bruschetta, legume soups, and roasted meats.
