The farmhouse La Rocca Assisi stands on a hill 350 meters high along the slopes of which olive trees and vineyards extend, exclusively organic, of which you can appreciate the fruits skilfully transformed by our farm.
Per to obtain the high quality level of our DOP extra virgin olive oil, the olives are harvested manually when they reach the right degree of ripeness and immediately taken to the mill.
